Fruit forward, quite modern in style. Should revisit with more age. Nice starter for the night.

Silky, WONT for me, open for business, happy, lush. More ripe fruit and perfectly integrated now. Someone said almost Vosne like.

I would say the most structured one. Balanced well between the 98 Trapet and the 00 Lignier. Nice acidity, but overall not as impressive as the Lignier.
Maybe with a bit more complex food, it would have been more complimented.

The oldest of the different bottles and it was the one that was the harder, still tannic and not open. Quite strange to be honest, since you could feel the quality, but at the opposite side of the 00 Lignier. It went well with the cheese flight though.
