Original bottling (not a re-release). An absolutely correct nose of dried roses. The palate was a bit weak however, with tons of acidity and not much else. Tannins have totally vanished at this point. A textbook example of old Barolo.
Dark in colour. A spicy nose with lots of dark red fruit. Slightly vegetal on the palate -- this is still very tight and young with plenty of dark fruit flavours. Moderately tannic. Tons of potential.
Tasted blind (I pegged it for an early 00's Barolo based on the earthy and fruity nose, though the tannins didn't feel right). The palate came off a little hollow and lacking in concentration, though there were quite some nice fruit flavours. Very light tannins that didn't have too much grip.
Some said this was corked though I didn't get any TCA. On the other hand, this was not as expressive as I would have expected it be. The nose and palate were both very dull.
#36-10, 7.5% abv. From half bottle. Very concentrated -- extract of Bruecke. Impeccable balance between the intense fruit, sweetness, mineral, and acidity. Awesome stuff as always.
A nose of both black and green spices (black peppercorns and anise). Very austere with earth and dirt notes dominating. Missing the fruit, especially for such a young wine. Not my thing.
Quite the interesting sparkler. Lots of chalky character. The palate is somewhat bitter with some good chalk character again. Not the most expressive or intense bottle, but this is quite delicious indeed.

Very refined nose, with some light flavours of citrus and stone. Palate is reserved and balanced. Slightly chalky texture. Absolutely fabulous.

Musty nose with a hint of balsamic. Weird and unpleasant palate.
