I am impressed. Regional Chardonnay from 1999 and still drinkable! The wine is naturally tertiary and a little oxidative after so many years. Too oxidative on my palate even though I do not see it as a flawed bottle.

Golden colour. Aromas of ripe apple, high acidity. Slightly oxidative, but not flawed btl. Drink now, not suitable for further ageing.

2009 Pierre Morey Meursault Les Terres Blanches 90 Points

Tasted 3 cuvees from 2015 from Pierre Morey: Batard-Montrachet (Neighbour to Domaine Leflaive and the winner with 95 points, however it was pretty closed at the moment but with a long finish) against Meursault Les Perrieres (aromas a little more attractive than the flavours on palate which had a little bitterness - 91 points) and Meursault Les Terres Blanches (just a lieu dit but well balanced with notes of ripe apple - 90+ points).
