SO2: oxidative notes in a nice way, toffee, caramel. I would have expected the no SO2 version being tbe most oxidative. Not juice-like. High scidity. Very different characteristics. 90+

Both have past their best some years ago according to my taste. Totally dominated by tertiary notes especially farmyard but still drinkable although the drinking experience is not great. Based on the color NsG seemed to be the oldest. On the nose and palate GC seemed to be the oldest. The Medium+ tannins in the rusctic NsG were higher than expected for a 17 years old village btl. Drink as soon as possible if you have some left in cellar.
