Aromatic, fresh, raspberry fruit, touch of white pepper, medium bodied, gamey notes, soft tannins, finish only medium length but very enjoyable. Drinking well.

A touch closed at first, slightly darker toned fruit, touch of mineral, fine but form tannins, good complexity, very good length still slightly reined in finish. Needs a bot more time but excellent.

A little less ripe than the preceding wine, cranberry, touch of meatiness, slightly leaner, raspberry, spice, fresh acids, grippy, medium length finish.

Quite aromatic, soil, game, slightly candied fruit, lovely nose. Medium bodied, quite lean on the palate, touch of mushroom, finishes a touch short but still hanging in there.

Nose shows quite ripe dark fruit, mineral notes. Medium bodied, intense darker berried fruit, vibrant acids, very good length finish with some grippy tannins still. Excellent.

No formal note but this had bright raspberry fruit, touch of florals, crisp on the palate, mostly tannin and acidity on finish. Difficult to read.

2/6. Smoky oak, vanilla, peachy fruit, touch of sesame seed, medium/full bodied, lovely creamy weight, broad and quite rich but with lovely, vibrant contrasting acidity, long expansive finish. Lovely.
