    Tempranillo (90%), Graciano (10%)
    Color: Red tile, very aged but still with good color intensity, clean, bright, medium-high layer, abundant tear and very slow fall that does not stain.
    Nose: Medium intensity. Clean and frank. Fresh aromas of ripe red fruit, nuts (fresh almond), floral aromas (violets) and balsamic nuances. All of them combined with aromas of aging: bakery, cookie, spices, aroma of white chocolate, liqueur candy and also of aging in bottle, aroma of clean leather and complexity.
    Palate: Intense. Good acidity (medium-high), round tannins. Balanced alcohol. Long.
    Overall: A complex and elegant wine with a long finish. It is drinking well now, but it will continue to improve with age.

Closing

we tasted an eclectic range of mainly Israeli wines, with too much food.
It was a happy evening.
