Hmm, Stroganoff. I voted for the '85 before I read this. My mind now wanders to the '96 Rausan-Segla. Not a great period for this chateau but with that cream or yoghurt I feel you need a little tanning. I'm especting the DdC to be fully mature and may need soemthign more delicate on the food front. Who knows? Let us know how you get on. Curry for me tonight and I'm trying to match that to a Cotes do Roussillon. It's a biodynamic wine Bryan, so one of your favourites!
