For CT history buffs, deb293 initiated my first offline in 2007 that included smahk and many others of whom I still share a few bottles each year.

Status: offline 		A few days late here - but wanted to give a Happy Birthday shout out to our friend DoubleD1969 who celebrated a milestone birthday this year!! A few of the NYC area CTers got together last night to open some bottles in honor of his big day. It was a great night, with great people and some terrific wine -featuring a horizontal of 1996 Diamond Creek (Volcanic Hill, Red Rock Terrace, Gravelly Meadow and Lake). This horizontal was on DoubleD's birthday wish list as he had been holding onto a couple bottles of the elusive Lake Vineyard for a few years and wanted to try them in horizontal. A really fun evening!
