I have to call EFW, JJB and Heritage and see what the shipping schedule is. So far all I have on the way is 1 case of garagiste plonk and 1/2 case of '11 Selyem.

So the pending list is coming down slowly from around 50 to the 30, but I got myself in trouble with the wife. I have some wine shipped to her work and some to the house, well she comes home from town yesterday and says there is wine in car. I said, I don't have any wine being delivered today. Wrong answer, because she pointed out that if I can't keep track of wine shipments, maybe I shouldn't buy any more wine, I told her that is crazy talk.

My wife trusts me with nothing anymore and said the other day that if I worked for her she would fire me. I think she was having a bad day.

Oh, now that is a little harsh don't you think? lol I doubt she would fire you, she has too much time and energy invested in you.

81 pending, but picking up 45 of those in early October. That leaves 36. But no doubt I'll add more to he list in October. Yee haw!

I picked up 50 bottles a few weeks ago, which should have reduced my pending list to 31... but somehow it's back at 77 again, and will likely be at 92 by Sunday.

My pending list is at 359 bottles, all to be delivered within 6 weeks. My cellar is completely full; no place to put the new stuff unless I consume 8.5 bottles per day for the next six weeks.

I better get started......

I'll let you know. We're doing the east coast at the beginning of the week and possibly doing the west coast Thu/Fri. We're doing a little tentative retirement research.

You better hurry up and do the research as you never know when your joints will all seize up and stop working and you won't be able to lift a glass anymore!!

You should recommed that Eric makes the fields on the home page customizable, then, you could hide the Pending field and stay blissfully unaware!   You sir, have a very high quality problem!

Wow - shipping window in full force. First offsite shipment of the season today and already the coolers are almost full! Pending still hovering in the 200 range, but about to drip quite dramatically in next two weeks with next round of shipments.

...added 15 today, bringing me to 104.  Deliveries begin next week, so the end is in sight.  But, it's Take III on The Moratorium for me.  If I make it through the next 14 hours, I'll have made it through Day 1!   (...almost something to celebrate by buying a bottle! )

about 6 shipments in the next week so mine becomes manageable.
Where to put the wine, on the other hand...?

A little under 200 right now but in a few weeks that should drop to under 10. Often heard phrase: where the feck am I going to put them? Speaking of enablers, last night at a social mixer the person who developed the offsite storage downtown asked if I needed another locker... I do but I really can't!

An even 400 at the moment. That's over 33 boxes due to arrive in the next few weeks.

I can't drink that fast; I need to step up my game.

I have it down to 133 from 200 a month ago. It looks like I have 70 bottles shipping this fall and the rest is longer term (CT Barrel Projects, Reynvaan futures, etc).

Now I just need to figure out where I'm going to hold the bottles that are coming this fall. I already have cases stacked in our guest bedroom.

I still don't have room for the deliveries but the pending is declining quickly.
Last Thursday: 122
Last Friday: 98 (Full Pull delivery)
Sunday: 99 (Wine bid win intended for Secret Santa but they won't ship there so now I have to keep it. Oh darn.)
Yesterday: 93 (Winebid delivery)
Today: 87 (Reynvaan delivery)
Tomorrow: 81 (Bryant Family Vineyards delivery)
