The CellarTracker forum introduced me to Fever Tree tonic water - a good thing indeed. It's taken a few years, but after having sous vide cooking come up here, am finally taking the plunge tonight - steaks are bagged and in the water. And - somewhere along the line, Luxardo cherries were mentioned. Got a big can of them a couple days ago; godly on vanilla ice cream.
