In der Nase dezent oxydativ, Kräuter en masse, reifes Steinobst, vergorene Mirabelle, Quitte, Kreide, Walnuss und Mandeln. Der kleine Rest an Tag 2 flirtet mit Rosinen und Dörrobst. Hat was von einem Muskateller. Am Gaumen buttrig, cremig, blumig, schmelzig, Pfefferwürze, moderate aber präzise Säure und ein stetig länger und salziger werdender Abgang. Hat prima zu Pasta mit Pesto gepasst. |

Maybe some sweet fresh tobacco notes. I won't be running out to get more of this, but there is nothing shouting "bad wine!" either. It's a well made product. Probably should have had it years ago when it was a better version of itself. |

MOUTH: dry and nutty, aiming in the direction of Macharnudo but more limber and aerosol. The pace is engrossing, with little flavor productive cataracts of cherry-stone pulp and succulent herbs; wide open topography suggesting crags, knotty pine, coast, and meadow, poured over with sticky yellow sunshine. This wine absolutely must be palate-warbled to be appreciated. |

Softer acidity and not so memorable tannins. |
