Vinous. Powerful. High acidity. Even it's Brut Nature, there is residual sugar.

Ideal with duck breast, and duck pate.

Made of rare Sumoll grape which is native to Catalonia.
Quite intense purplish red colour, but still can read through.
Black cherry on the nose, floral. Vibrant yet complex on the palate with ripe black fruits and moderate acidity. Not tannic. Pleasant quite serious wine.
30 months in French oak barriques, but I don't feel any significant oak presence, and it is well integrated.

Appearance and nose suggest there was light skin contact. Medium light body in the palate. Moderate acidity. Highly drinkable easy white with stone fruits on the palate and light citrus finish. Easy white which can also be a good entry to orange category.
Field blend of Trebbiano, Malvasia Bianca and Ansonica. Fermented together with few days on skin.

100% Negoska undergoes 10 days of carbonic maceration (wine technique got popular in Beaujolais). Kept on lees in tank for 6 months afterwards.

Clear ruby color like Pinot Noir. Juicy red berries, medium intensity aromas. Touch of tomato green veggies. Easy drinking red. Moderate acidity, medium tannins. Like this style. Light alcohol, no funkiness, but still feels modern.
100% Negoska grapes harvested twice: early and late. Fermented in steel and kept with skin contact for 5 days (early harvested) and 3 weeks for late picked. Aged 4 months in separate French oak barrels and only after blended together.
Additionally kept 1yr before market release

Clear medium ruby. French oak with sweet spices, perfumed. Classic reds lovers will appreciate its velvet style. Chocolate, sweet spices. I prefer this blend over monovarietal Xinamavro as it feels more balanced and refined. Tannins are persistent. This wine can be presented as serious and expensive one for the unsophisticated wine enthusiast.
Blend Xinomavro 70%, Negoska 30% Elevage: 8 months on lees, 12mo in French oak barrels, 6 months in bottle.

Clear pale ruby. Lighter version of Xinamavro. Sweet spices, but no influence of oak, so it feels lighter. Juicier on the palate. Sweet on the midpalate. Tannins are firm. Acidity is slightly higher than in other version of X. but remains on a medium level.
Natural wine made of 100% Xinamavro, spontaneous fermentation. Elevage: 4 months in old French oak barrels, 6 months in the bottle.

Great alternative to Left bank Bordeaux in a riper, more sunny style. All fruit is sweeter and more ripe. Well integrated alcohol which doesn't stand out (14,5%)
Blend: 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 26% Merlot & 21% Petit Verdot, 6% Cabernet Franc.
Low yielding vines. Fermented in wood and steel. Elevage 22mo in 37% new French oak barriques.

Clear medium ruby with light brick rim. Dark honey, vanilla oak, dates. On the palate, medium acidity, medium body. Slightly herbal, waxy. Tannins are grippy. Wine for the late dinner. It's not heavyweight on the palate, but leaves the feeling like a heavy perfume. Rich, sweet.
This single vineyard wine is considered as one of the best expressions of Xinamavro in Naoussa.

Clear medium ruby. Intense with oaky notes. Classic, sweet balsamic notes. Nose shows wine has reached its maturity plateau. Chocolate both in the nose and the palate. Tannins are sandy and gripping. Acidity is medium. Wine is good for the evening, it has warmth on the palate and sweetness of dried dates, baking spices.
Made in stainless steel and ages 6 months in French and Hungarian oak.

Clear dark ruby. Perfumed intense black fruit. No doubt it's the fine wine here. Plum. Jammy concentrated. Peppery. With swirl shows its multiple layers. Leather. On the palate it is also concentrated, well balanced. Young and needs more bottle aging with high potential. Tannins are ripe, not aggressive, but will calm with years to come. Serious stuff.
Cult wine. 24 months in 32% French new oak. Handhnumbered labels.

Shiraz from vines over 15 years old. Winemaker Craig Hawkins dispenses with any additives and technical and brings his wines into the bottle as pure natural wines.

Clear darker ruby. Spices, granite, darker fruit. Nose suggests higher alcohol content. Presence of new oak, but not overwhelming. Medium to light body. Very welcoming, easy gripping tannins. Drink now red of a classic GSM profile. Very classic, more of an Old World style. Really like the balance. Can be a real hit for those who look into lighter classics.
