Fruity and polished on opening but the structure came through over time, with a certain stalky sourness on the finish on day two. Immediately pleasurable upon opening but each glass evolved so really interested in how this will continue to develop. It stayed in the primary range of things over two days and the structure is there to support, so I think it has some time left. |
