Subtle ripe red berries on the nose. Medium bodied, dry and crisp, showing ripe and tart lingonberries and cranberries with good mousse and firm acidity. Felt overall very clean and racy. White - Sparkling	2012 Charles de Cazanove Champagne Brut Millésimé Champagne Blend more	Options Post a Comment View Yohansmas's profile Report Issue 1/17/2024 - Yohansmas Likes this wine: NR 이마트 대표 상품 까자노브 밀레짐. 항상 말하지만 행사를 해서 4만원대에 살 수 있다면 이 정도 가격에 밀레짐을 마실 수 있다는 것만으로도 만족. 물론 그 가격을 훠얼씬 뛰어넘는 것은 아니니 너무 기대하면 안 되고. 노즈에서는 아주 상큼한 향이 난다. 그래도 10년이 넘은 와인인데 이렇게까지 사과향이 상큼할 필요가 있을까 싶을 정도로 상큼하다. 빵굽는 듯한 이스트 향이 약간 나려다가 이내 사라지고 시트러스 계열의 과실향이 나기 싲가한다. 팔렛에서는 적당한 산도가 꽤나 매력적이다. 탄산이 다소 거칠긴 하지만 좋게 말하면 뽀글거리는 느낌이 좋아서 적당한 산도와 어우러져 어떤 음식과도 잘 매칭이 된다. 바디감도 적당하고 향에서 느껴지는 시트러스 풍미가 이어져서 복잡도는 조금 아쉽지만. It had a touch of brettanomyces which may have further developed during the cellaring. I suspect the producer encourages it to give his wines complexity, especially if the fruit is poor, but the unsuspecting consumer suffers later. I’ve had this three times over the past 6 months and continue to be impressed. To the point of leaving a tasting note. Generous nose full of bruléed apricot, viennoiserie, pastry cream, Jewish apple cake, and clotted cream. Palate shows balance with acidity perfectly integrated. Honestly, if I was served this blind, I would have assumed this was a entry level California bubbly. This is not awful, but doesn't justify the expense $25. Really feels like the wine Trader Joe's would have on sale for a low price. Going to toss a stopper on it and see how it develops overnight. After 30 minutes to 1 hour, the honey-scented nose is surprising, and the acidity and bitterness that tightens the tongue as soon as you put it in your mouth make you feel the intense palate. Even after swallowing the champagne in the mouth, the bitterness of the tangerine peel that remains provides a sufficient aftertaste. Of course, if you drink it with good champagne of $100 or $300, it is obvious that you will become a loser... This kind of daily (?) Champagne seems to be the best to enjoy alone.
