Medium bodied, dry, rather pungent, showing nettles, grapefruit and ripe gooseberries with firm acidity. A firm and a bit unpolished Sauvignon Blanc. |

More obviously Pinot Noir on the palate, with very ripe cherry flavours, a still tight structure, and savoury notes on the long, dry finish. A nice wine, but we do wonder if we are drinking it in a dip in its development cycle. |
