On the nose the wine had dark fruit of black currant and black cherry. flavors of menthol and eucalyptus followed by earthy flavors of tobacco, and cedar. The wine was perfectly ready to be consumed. The tannins created a big round mouthfeel but balanced with the acidity. |

I agree with a previous note about low acidity and I am not sure there is enough tannic backbone to age this further however. I enjoy the James Cole wines but I have gravitated more to the suede bottling with time. This is good but not terrible unique. |
