I would describe it as a midway point between a cooler Old World style and a warmer New World style of SB: with a crisp acidity, very light note of capsicum/grass with hints of lemon, peach, passionfruit, and white flowers. Not overtly aromatic as some styles can be. Surprisingly long finish, and very well balanced. Works very well on its own but could be paired well with food, possibly seafood/oysters. |

Cloudy straw color, crown-cap closure, lifted, fresh, and lightly (white/yellow) floral nose. VG length, with loads of fresh soil notes. Light/med body, graceful attack that quickly builds, developing more weight, persistence. Lovely. recommended |
