Flower and white peach notes introduce a fine juice dominated by summer yellow fruits, best to enjoy now on its generous and sappy balance, quite a crowd pleaser.

Tasted over 2 days and a range of serving temperatures and this was a startlingly acidic lemon fest no matter what I did. Shocking given the vintage and so at odds with other TNs here that I hav to assume it’s a flawed bottle - although I am hard pressed to name the flaw.

This was another very good bottle; closed with natural cork; lovely nose with ripe orchard fruit; certainly shows the sun of the vintage; but alongside the sunny fruit is classic Puligny minerality and just a tiny hint of reduction; floral blossom notes emerge with more air. The palate is very elegant and very classic Puligny. It has very nice depth for a village wine and really lovely length. I would probably drink sooner for the ripe fruit and elegance as who knows when this will oxidize...

Nice, but nothing special, nothing intriguing. Pleasant, but another example of burgundy’s being way overpriced.

There's no mistaking this wine from anywhere else than Burgundy. Initial musty cellar nose upon opening that quickly blew off, resulting in a lovely, subtle red fruit nose. The palate is well balanced with mild acidity and fruit throughout the lingering palate. Just a great wine, and drinking beautifully now.

A golden hue. Clean and transparent. Some signs of age. On the nose, this is fresh and complex with notes of hazelnut, cooler white orchard fruit, a citrus oil. Butter. On the palate, this is crisp and precise with green apple and tart white orchard fruit combined with citrus flavors. Still lots of energy and lift from its core of acidity and minerality. Almost stony, but with good concentration of citrus flavors. This is drinking beautifully now and, for my taste, is near its apogee in development. Nothing fading, but it has secondary notes, while still having plenty of freshness. Excellent grip and dry extract on the mid palate and a long, almost spicy finish that shows some of the wines development. Drink over next few years.

I found this very nice; closed with natural cork; the nose was lovely right out of the gates with a hint of reduction alongside lemon peel, crushed stone, apple and pear. Very fresh and vibrant, but with lovely depth and a sapid finish this is really quite good. Given the natural cork closure I probably won't hold too long, but it seems to have the stuff to age easily 5-8 more.

Oh yes. Opened at 4:30pm had a sip, it was pretty good, but I put it in a decanter anyway because why not. Had about 2 hours later.

I call this “baby burg” it’s the real thing under $100 and drinks better than that. On the nose, hint of butter, white peach skin, lemon and a hint of what’s to come—stone.

Palate is like a bag of rocks, or so I’d imagine. Kind of chalky and like licking a rock in the best way, really enchanting. White peach comes through so does the lemon, apple, pear. The linear acid carries through the palate and offsets the chalkiness. Medium + finish.

This went really well with a Parmesan risotto that was topped with white bass filets and beurre blanc.

Excellent

Love Boulanger’s style. Nice rustic / wet dirt nose with fresh fruit. Darker fruit, perhaps currant or dark cherry.

Very delicate and soft tannins

I like the GB whites lately. Youthful, edgy, precise. Hints of oak, rather broad palate. Medium body. Puckering acidity right now, with a good dose of citrus fruit. Drinking well, but still young.

Beautiful red burgundy at Claud (an excellent meal and exceptional wine bar). Deep nose of dark fruit with medium and well integrated tannins. Earthiness that balances nicely with the fruit.

Excellent/Outstanding
Over two nights, first from Coravin

Shimmering color, yellow gold w/ slight green tinge looking as if it were reflected off of chrome. Mineral, sweet fruit on the nose. Zippy acidity comes in just short of bracing. A very long finish reveals itself. With air more fruit (written note illegible), backend creamy and with even more air faint caramel and marshmallow (regardless of how that sounds, it was great). Long
