Clos des Mouches is a small, walled Monopole just south of Les Santenots in Meursault planted in 1949 with Pinot Fin vines. Fermented with 40% whole bunches. Light and bright style, floral and elegant, gently stemmy, supple and juicy, attractive hints of undergrowth and spicy oak, quite Teutonic in style, pure and transparent, creamy strawberries, fresh acidity, energetic and peppery finish with good length and a hint ot matcha. Drinking well now, should have the energy to last for another decade or so. |

En boca la entrada es buena, hay cierta cremosidad, paso muy fino, notable frescura, cierta estructura, sensaciones minerales y notable persistencia. La botella le vendrá bien aunque y es todo un seductor. |
