The nose jumps out at you with black currant, sour cherry, and blueberry pie. Lest you assume it’s going to be a fruit bomb, all kinds of menthol, cast iron, and loamy notes weave into the fruit on the palate. Tannins smoothly integrated on the finish that rides off into the sunset for a good couple of minutes. Sublime with Flannery ribeyes. |

I'm finding this RC Cola note quite common with these Tor Kenward cabernet sauvignon wines. Great balance - weightless - with ample acidity. This paired wonderfully and should last a good while longer. |

Popped and poured, it immediately still gave off the same ripe intensity that was pointed out by previous reviewers, but still that same lifted elegance that we have come to love with BTK bottlings. Not a surprise I guess, but notes of cassis, plum, and mocha, and the tannins are very well integrated - silky smooth. This bottle could honestly probably keep going for a while given how much fruitiness is left. |

Lemon, apple, stone fruits and marzipan on the palate. The wine has an interesting slightly oily texture on the palate (not a bad thing!) and a finish that goes on for close to a minute. It reminds me of a good Montrachet |
