Two glasses from Coravin/rest of bottle PnP over course of ninety minutes later the same day. Ruby colour. Good nose. Medium finish. Excellent with charcuterie. Somewhat overwhelmed by steak and bearnaise. Great wine. No need to hurry with this. |
