Medium body, with plush deep tannins and just a perfectly balanced acidity. Still young and drinking beautifully at the moment. I expect a few more years before tertiary flavours develop. Drink over next 10 years. Give this at least 2 hour decant next time. |

Medium in body, and somewhat surprisingly acidic. The palate introduces some more tertiary elements, as well as some level of minerality although the fruit is forefront. Feels like now is a good time to be drinking this. |

With a 90 minute decant - go more next time. |

Super fine tannins well integrated with acidity. Long lasting. This is going g to be really awesome. Try and wait a couple of years for the next one. One of best chiantis I have ever had. Comes off soft in first hour, but give this 3 hours and everything changes. |

Still a nice freshly and zesty acidicity but far more balanced with tannins. Fruit is coming though, as is a nice minerality (gravel like). I am guessing that the rest of the bottle will be that much better tomrrow. Don’t touch any more of these bottles until 2024 at least |

High acidity and med tannins which mask the fruit and promises to age well. Enjoyable, but could use another year at least, if not 2. Try again winter of 23/24 and have with a meaty pasta. |

Smells of awesome Sangiovese. Medium body, and lighter than expected on tannins, but what there is, is super fine. Med to high on acidity gives a great juiciness to the wine and provides loads of lingering taste. Super well balanced. This is after PnP, expecting to be awesome after decanting. Trying now after 1 hour, and massive improvement. Superb, but still young. Try not to drink for a couple of years. |

Palate seem different than smell, brighter in the fruits, which are dark. Loads of body. Quite herbaceous with spice notes. Perfectly balanced with soft fine tannins. Like a great claret that will only get better. Have this with a bloody florentine steak and grilled veggies. First bottle in 2020 - it has seriously improved since then. Superb. Give this at least 3 hours decant. |

Dried blueberry, bold fruits to start, red apple, chocalte covered maraahibo cherries, mengranate, red licorice with a great lingering tannin finish. better the next day after double decant. Really unique wine in good ways. Far more elegant than typical Nero d’avola. Noticabket better in 2021 than 2020. |
