Absolutely pure Mosel fruit! This is excactly what you want to drink at the terrace or the Cabin on vacay times, uncomplicated and just bloody delicious!
Pineapple, red sweet Apples, elderflower, kumquat, acacia honey, white peach, honey melon and a beautiful, zingy acidity. You will NOT be dissapointed and perfect to asian food :)

Wonderful. Potpourri, freshly picked rasberries, tart cherries and unmature strawberries. Rose petals and roasted macademia. Elegant and vibrant.
Light, youthful tannins that are really playful, and everything comes together as a true blessing.
Red Burgundy 21’s are drinking really well at a young age.

Pineapple, red, sweet apples, ripe, but just ripe fruits. Papaya, mango, white peach, star fruit and golden pear. Slaty, stony and refreshing. Brilliant acidity, but not too high. Perfectly balanced, great for a glass at the terrace, or with Asian food.
Hold if you can for at least 5 years, and you will be rewarded.

This is like a fine burgundy. And then again, not at all.
Electric Wine with delicate nutty flavors, buttery and toasty, yet restraint.

This is my kind of Riesling!
Love the producer, and the style! Just ordered more, before it goes empty in stock :)

Tasted second time, and this one only comes in magnum, as far as i know.

Amazing fruit intensity on the nose, with sweet jasmine flowers, toast, smoke and brioche. Freshly baked fougasse bread with thyme, nectarine, mandarin, and grilled lemon, yuzu and some kumquats as well. Really appealing nose, that promise you great things! An exceptional aromatic purity, with a sophisticated balance.

The palate is, if possible, even more intense. Confirming the nose, and a fantastic length! A nerve-ish acidity that rinse the deeper notes, that also contains caramelized butter and butter scotch. Having said all that, there is a calm, elegant gracefulness over the whole thing!

For me, this is fantastic, and it shows that the legendary 2012 vintage were so impressive, despite the challenging year.

Run and buy as much you can get if this, nort too many bottles were produced (only 2000 magnums), great value, and you don’t want to miss out on this one :)

Rediculous! Absolutely out of this world! Had this vintage 3 times now, and it only gets better.

Beautiful white jasmine flowers, orange blossom, quince, cinnamon, cardamom, apricot, Madagascar vanilla, caramel, macadamia nuts, William pear and an incredible nerve and tension along with a perfect, focused acidity!

Buy if you can, and store it; for decades!

This is for me, almost as good as it gets, and way above many other vintage top cuvée’s.
Beautifully balanced, Golden pear, apricot, peach, brioche, quince, roasted almonds and buttery flavors.

A certain amount of restraint and freshness compared to 170 edition.

The 171 edition is based on the warm 2015 vintage, with a blend of 11 other vintages, oldest vintage from 2000, with larger amounts of 2006, 08, 13 and 14.

45% Pinot noir, 18% Meunier and 37% Chardonnay.

Abolutely mind blowing!

Pure, clean and magically legendary wine!!
I have had this in different vintages, and it NEVER dissapoint.
Golden, brilliant color, with super delicate nose of matured apricot, honey suckle, mandarin & kumquat.
The balance of fruit and acidity is breathtaking.

One of the most consistent dessert wines on the planet, along with Yquem.

An electric Wine!
At first, it bursts of yellow stone fruit, mature apricot and kumquat, lime, bergamot and Meyer lemons, cest and pith. Then an intriguing smokeyness with some petrol. Very layered and complex, powerful and long length.
High acidity, integrated high alcohol.
Of course, this is way too young to drink now, hold for decades. I am glad I have more of the 15’ in my cellar!
