Then with an hour more airing the wine shaped up and came together. Result: A full but yet elegant wine. Well balanced and firm. P: It is almost too concentrated, on the verge on over extracted. Fruit more towards the drier ones (figs, raisins etc.) but it could be the age. Unlikely to improve with more aging. |
