Very polished, but not the most dense Chambertin I've come across. It kept on getting better throughout the night, and should improve with 5 or 10 more years of bottle ageing. |

Then it will become a very fine chardonnay that can easily beat most of the Puligny Montrachet village level wines. It is astoundingly complex and harmonious on the palate, and comes with a long pleasant finish. |
