Summary of Torrin Production Notes
82% Grenache and 18% Syrah
Blend of Grenache from James Berry Vineyard (34%) and Grenache and Syrah from Torrin estate vineyard (66%)
Harvested in mid October prior to any significant rain or frost episodes
About 30% whole clusters in the fermentation
Native yeast fermentation
Basket pressed to 500L French Oak puncheons where it remained for 10 months
Blended and returned to puncheons on its lees for another 8 months
Racked off of its lees and bottled unfined and unfiltered
Allowed to rest for nearly a year prior to release
268 cases produced
