Heidi's Tasting Notes
The highly touted 2007 vintage will not disappoint. Right from the start you notice the intensity of deep color with aromas of ripe black cherry and blackberry. Very pure, deep, concentrated aromas leap from the glass. Across the palate this wine just flows easily. The flavors match the aromas of dark ripe berry fruits and layers of fine toasty French oak used only as accent. Balance is dead-on, leaving you with a mouthful of flavor lasting several minutes. This Cabernet from a hillside vineyard at its finest. Simply a beautiful wine. Enjoy!
