Commonly 65% old Grenache, 20% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre, & 5% Cinsault coming from different soils (sandy, pebbly, red clayey), located in the northern part of the appellation & in the La Crau plot. 80% destemmed, aged for 12 mos, 80% in vat and 20% in barrels (1/3 new).
