  September 19, 2022 - Lots of funk at first. It dissipates, but never vanishes.
  Very full and ripe.
  Blackberry and charred beef fat.
  The acidity is enough to give it life.
  
  Tasted again one day later. It’s perfectly balanced and the fruit shines through, huge improvement.
