April 12, 2009 - Served with lamb for Easter dinner. This wine has disapointed us the last couple of times. I suspect that it still requires a couple hours of decanting or more but, to us, comes off with a pretty nose, one dimensional on the palate and spicey flavor that is not becomming. First bottle was so awesome so we still have hope for the rest of the case but not a great showing today.
