  November 19, 2022 - Penetrating brett and black fruit bouquet: horsesweat, saddle leather, the character and density of the wonderful 1982, but a little out of balance by the brett. Still, I love the delicious and bright pepper, bacon, and spice, perfect with pork roast, beef or lamb with green or pink peppercorn sauces.
