  December 24, 2022 - Two-hour decant and consumed over the next hour. Medium-bodied with earthy flavors (soil, garrigue) and mild black fruits. While more Syrah-like than the bottle from March 2021, this is still rather restrained but both my wife and I enjoyed it. Definitely changed since the last bottle, so I'll continue to age the remaining bottles.
