  August 18, 2004 - Initially a bit disjointed and monodimensional, strong berry and olive flavors on the nose with moderate tannins and a bit of a hot finish. After 45 minutes being open the nose completely changed to something vaguely Bordeaux-like and the palette smoothed out with a bit of spice, leather and a hint of mint. Fairly enjoyable, but didn't live up to the hype.
