    November 17, 2022 - 100% Nebbiolo
    from two vineyards: Rocche (south/south-est) and Munie (south/west)
    in the Bussia hamlet of Monforte d’Alba at 280-300 m with sandstone,
    marly, muddy, chalky soil and vines of age 15-50 yrs old planted
    5,500/ha.
    Manual harvest in small holed baskets. Soft pressed. Long maceration.
    Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast without sulfites.
    Aged 18+ months on fine lees in small oak barrels.
    Plus ~6 months in bottle at 15°C.
    15% Abv.

    Background: The Parusso family started in farming. Armando Parusso
    (3rd gen) bottled their first Barolo in 1971. Son Marco and daughter
    Tiziana (4th gen) joined the family business in 1986 and exapanded
    to 28 ha of vineyards. In 2019, Giulia, Tiziana's daughter and Francesco,
    Marco’s son (5th gen) came on board.

    A(ccuray)=2: Med red/garnet. Oak perfumed varietal.
    B(alance)=2: Modulated components awaiting full integration.
    C(omplexity)=2: Dark berries, spice, nuts, earth.
    D(epth)=2: Robust mouthfeel. Full palette and finish.
