  January 1, 2023 - This was a pretty solid bottle. Quite enjoyable. Kirsch, plum, and soy sauce notes on the nose and palate. Silky smooth texture, if maybe just a tad washed out on the finish. Wine is drinking nicely now, and I see no need to age further, except perhaps in the name of science - - or if you have several remaining bottles (I don't).
