  February 1, 2023 - Great value and perfect expression of the Aglianico grape. Lighter purple (slightly hazy) color. Rich aromas with raisin/date after taste but spice overtones . Goes well with chicken and pork (breaded) but would not stand up to spicy pasta

  2/3/23, 1:03 PM - You are quite correct. I tried it with a ragu and it just shrank. It was much better on its own.
