February 3, 2023 - By the glass in a restaurant setting. Surprisingly good and satisfying mix of dark berries, light spice and an edge of peat. Not the most complicated Vulture (that would be Fucci - at about triple the price!) but surprisingly soft. Acidity high but not as high as some. Ok, so this is an Aglianico manipulated a bit to satisfy the masses - but so what? It’s tasty and fun and still delivers the goods.

February 1, 2023 - Great value and perfect expression of the Aglianico grape. Lighter purple (slightly hazy) color. Rich aromas with raisin/date after taste but spice overtones . Goes well with chicken and pork (breaded) but would not stand up to spicy pasta
