  February 8, 2023 - Decanted about 2 hr. Dark ruby, long slow legs, 👃 beautifully balanced cherries, licorice, leather, wet forest floor, cashews, charcoal, graphite. Dry, milky texture, cherries, nectarines, grippy frontal tannins, light burn on throat. Good to drink now but can age longer.
