2/10/23, 8:39 PM - The problems with chasing 100 pointers is......which critic gave it that? And at what point did they think it would get that? 10 years? 20 years? 30 years? They are all just guessing. Parker is the only one I've ever seen who could call a wine and date it for 'when'. Everyone else out there today, especially Suckling and Dunnuck, are just pretenders. The first Joker in the mix is always 'storage'. By whom and how? Makes all the difference. And the final Joker is.......Bdx has a big proportion of 'bad' bottles. Especially from the '80's and '90's and '00 was right after that.
