    4/5/23, 10:33 PM - Hi Fizz,

I am planning to serve the 2000 Pontet Canet with a roast leg of lamb this coming Sunday. With the CT reviews all over the map, I was wondering if you might tell me the provence and storage of your bottle. I am trying to decide the best way to serve the wine and that info would be helpful.

I purchased my bottle at the time of release and it has been in my EuroCave wine storage cabinet ever since. The bottle has an excellent fill level into the neck.

Thanks for any info you can provide.

    4/5/23, 10:45 PM - Hi tmas
This wine was also purchased at release and professionally stored. There was some fine sediment that was easily decanted off.

4/6/23, 9:05 PM - Knowing our bottles had the same provenance and storage, and reading how you reviewed the wine, I think I'll give my bottle a 1/2 hour to an hour in the decanter before serving.
    Thanks for the feedback, cheers!
