  June 4, 2023 - Popped and poured. Drinking well, but not as well as that last drunk in 2019, which in turn was better than that drunk in 2015. Might be due to bottle variation, but I think it’s best days are behind it. Still really good, however! Drank alongside a pan seared steak. Delish.
