June 9, 2023 - This was a real eye opener. 2018 Pierre Graffeuille et Matthieu Dumarcher Odyssée, which is a blend of Bordeaux Cab Sav and CNdP Grenache. Great nose, fruit full middle, and enough tannin to tempt a ten year rest. I decanted for an hour, and it was improving all the way through the next hour until.....we finished it. I have some 2019 and am now going to add some 2018s.

6/9/23, 11:06 PM - No I haven’t tried the 2919. Its a bit of a simp,is tic approach I know, but I’ve assumed the 2019 will need a bit longer.

6/10/23, 7:17 AM - Thanks, I picked up quite a few of both vintages. Keen to learn what I can from others and curious, with such a limited production, if the style evolved between the two years. Fingers crossed we’ll get some TN’s on the 2019 soon.

6/19/23, 12:10 AM - My cases are sitting in bond. From the previous notes, im going to give them at least another 12 months before bringing them in - I simply don’t have the storage at home.
