  July 4, 2023 - July 4th at the house.
  
  A slightly over the hill cabernet. Nose is muted but with blackberry and plum skin aromatics. In mouth I get refined and aged blackberry fruit. I get background notes of bay leaf and vegetable. Very soft mouthfeel which is amazing for its creamy texture. I would not wait any longer to open these wines. Enjoy aged well made cabernet.

  1/20/24, 2:30 PM - Any thoughts on larger formats? I have a couple of mags. Haven’t had a 750ml in 3 and half years and agree with you that it’s probably time to drink up while there’s some fruit left.
