February 7, 2024 - On initial PNP we both really liked it, but after about a half hour things changed, Oddly the tannins asserted themselves more, and the fruit lost its mouth loving warmth and roundness, Will open again the rest of bottle tonight and see what we think Drink up, fast!

January 30, 2024 - A little over 4 years since my last bottle. This bottle was a mag and it was decanted for 60 min and I thought it rolled over. However, after 2 hours this turned into an incredible wine that was barely identifiable as new world. Near perfect balance with subdued up front fruit. While this is in its prime and won’t improve, in large format this has a few more years with ease. What a pleasant surprise. Outstanding depth, balance and finish. Revisit last mag 2025

    July 4, 2023 - July 4th at the house.

A slightly over the hill cabernet. Nose is muted but with blackberry and plum skin aromatics. In mouth I get refined and aged blackberry fruit. I get background notes of bay leaf and vegetable. Very soft mouthfeel which is amazing for its creamy texture. I would not wait any longer to open these wines. Enjoy aged well made cabernet.

February 26, 2023 - Deep garnet. Cedar cranberries and forest floor on the nose. On the palate raspberries, cranberrries chocolate and mint, medium acidity medium alcohol, fully integrated tannins, still plenty of fruit. Delicious.

November 24, 2021 - Decanted 2 hrs. Dark red/purple hue with nicely concentrated fruit: notes of cassis, blackberry, cedar with hints of floral notes and spice. The tannins are soft and well integrated with a long finish.
