  August 4, 2023 - I wanted to rate this higher, even though I rarely give out 90s like this anyway. It just needs another year or two. It is great already, but I think it has potential in a year or two to be even better. Had this with a chicken pasta, creamy sauce with a little marinara and some red pepper flakes. This pairing is great because the wine has a little bite on the back end on the middle of the tongue. It should mellow as it ages, but right now, if you want to drink it, drink it with something spicy. It’s great.
