  August 27, 2023 - My last bottle alas. Absolutely incredible. With BBQ Flank Steak; hot, fresh bread; green salad. A noble wine to celebrate our 46th wedding anniversary. Very, very special and at its peak. 🍷

  8/28/23, 3:44 AM - Opened up about an hour before dinner and did not decant. Put in a pour spout foil and poured directly from the bottle.
