August 20, 2023 - 2 bottles with identical profile decanted (aerated) together for 90 minutes.
Dark ripe berries, smooth dusty tannins and dry pepper spice. Marked minerality, green pepper finish. Still all somewhat tightly coiled. Drank well but suspect much more to offer in due course.
