  August 31, 2023 - Drank over several days. Deep ruby colour. Black and blue fruit, herbal and iodine notes. Delicate dark red fruit on the plate, anchored by fine ripe tannins and just the right amount of acidity; slightly bitter note on the end. Reminds me of Leoville Barton with just little more fruit. Although approachable now, this wine has another 3 to 5 years to go before it reaches maturity and then it will coast for a while.
