  September 16, 2023 - Right in the sweet spot. This is why we age wines. A touch ungiving on the nose to begin but beautiful dark cherry and blackberry fruit hit the palate right away. Some vegetal notes and dried fruit rounded it out with a little earthiness. I will drink my last bottle within the year but I expect leaving this for another 3-5 years won't hurt.
