  December 29, 2023 - Splash double decant. Very very deep purplish magenta color. Blueberry, dark raspberry, brown sugar, anise, and subtle maple cured bacon. Very dry palate. Firm tannins on the longish finish.
  
  Shared with Decanting Queen at a very fun dinner in my little Texas town. Hard to beat Saxum for American Rhône blends.
